I'd Recommend CAPSULE (They are a duo that do EDM, Electronica, Shiyeba-Kei. Their album WORLD OF FANTASY is fully english and its also Electropop, I love them) Coltemonikha (Another duo that does Electropop, their only fully English song is communication), and Folder 5 (If you like eurodance), I'd also recommend D&D if you like Eurobeat/Eurodance music. I'd also recommend CyberJapan Dancers (They are EDM, and Trap) Perfume is also one of my favorites. AKB48 is also great.
