≒JOY (ニアリーイコールジョイ; Nearly Equal Joy), also known as Niajoy (ニアジョイ), is a Japanese idol group produced by Sashihara Rino.

They are the second sister group of =LOVE.

They were formed on March 29, 2022, with the addition of Ozawa Aimi on June 25, 2022.

They made their stage debut on July 3, 2022 @Fuji-Q Highland Conifer Forest.[1]

They made their major debut with their first mini album, Kitto, Zettai, Zettai, on January 17, 2024.[2][3]
