Agatsuma Kayo (我妻佳代) is a former Japanese idol and a former member of Onyanko Club.
She joined Onyanko Club on January 23, 1987, and graduated on September 20, 1987, where the group disbanded. She made her solo debut as an idol about two months later.
She retired from entertainment in 1989 after getting married. She had a child in 1992. After her divorce in 1996, she attempted to return to entertainment in the early 2000s but did not find success.
On July 7, 2003, she opened the membership club and darts bar "Home's Bar 48" in Roppongi. 48 is taken from her Onyanko Club member number.

- Her older sister is former idol Serizawa Naomi.
- In 1984, before her debut, she appeared in the magazine Momoco under the name Agatsuma Rumi (我妻ルミ).
- On an episode of Fuji TV's "Tunnels no Minnasama Okagedeshita," Tsunku (the creator of Hello! Project) said he was a big fan of Kayo in his youth.
