Akimoto Yasushi (秋元康), also known as Aki-P, is a Japanese record producer, lyricist and television writer. He is the vice president of the Kyoto University of Art and Design.

He is also well known for being the producer of many prominent idol girl groups, including early groups Onyanko Club and CHECKICCO, as well as more successful groups and collectives such as AKB48 Group, the Sakamichi Series, Boku ga Mitakatta Aozora and much more. He also produced the now-disbanded Produce 48 group IZ*ONE in collaboration with AKS and Mnet for their activities in Japan.

As of 2019, Akimoto is no longer part of the AKS management and is involved only as the creative producer of the AKB48 Group.
