Aoi Kanau (蒼井叶) is a founding member of Ill, GILTY×GILTY and HEROINES, and a former founding member of Higeki no Heroine Syndrome.
She graduated from Higeki no Heroine Syndrome and HEROINES on April 23, 2021, where Higeki no Heroine Syndrome disbanded.
On August 27, 2021, the joint twitter and YouTube for Aoi and Shirayuki Himeno was renamed to twinpale, with Aoi being announced as a member on August 28.
She re-joined HEROINES when she became a founding member of twinpale.
She was announced as a concurrent member of GILTY×GILTY on June 1, 2022.
On December 11, twinpale changed their name to Ill.
