Apostrophe (アポストロフィ) formerly known as Aficionado (アフィシャナドゥ) and later Aficionado deux (アフィシャナドゥdeux), is an idol group formed on August 2, 2021. They held their pre-debut live on August 10, 2021.
On April 10, 2022, they announced that they would end their current system on May 4, 2022 and four members would graduate. The day after, on May 5, they revealed their new lineup and changed their name to Aficionado deux.
On November 8, 2022, they announced that they would once again end their current system at the end of November 2022, and that they would rebrand as a new group and additional members.
On December 23, 2022, Aficionado officially restarted activities as Apostrophe, along with the addition of a new member.
