Arakaki Hitoe (新垣仁絵), also known as HITOE, is a singer, fashion designer, and illustrator. She is a former member of SPEED, and of B.B.WAVES while she was a student at Okinawa Actors School.
She debuted as a soloist through the solo project HITOE'S 57 MOVE in 1999 with INORI.
On April 8, 2013, she announced that she had gotten married to an ordinary man.
