Araki Yumiko (荒木由美子) is a singer, actress, and multi-talent. She got her start after winning a special jury award in the first HoriPro Talent Scout Caravan audition in 1976, and made her debut the next year.
In 1983, she married singer Yuhara Masayuki and went on hiatus from entertainment activities. She returned to the industry in 2004.
