BENI is a singer.
On September 21, 2020, she announced that she had married an ordinary man and that she was pregnant. She announced the birth of her first child on January 26, 2021.

- She is half American on her fathers side.
- She is fluent in English, due to the fact that she spent her childhood living between Okinawa and the United States (San Diego, California), in addition to having studied at an American school in Yokosuka.
- Due to the fact that she has spent more than half of her life living in an English-centric world (being the daughter of an American father, living in the US and studying at an American school in Yokosuka), English is considered her first language, while Japanese and Okinawan are considered her secondary languages.
- Due to the fact that she lived for a long time in Southern California, she speaks English with a strong Californian accent (also known as California English or Californian English).
- Her special skills are playing the piano (she knows how to play the piano since childhood) and soccer (she is a pretty skilled soccer player and played a lot during her junior high school days).
