Chris Hart (クリス・ハート) is a singer from the United States based in Japan.
His first music project was the visual kei cover band NIKITA w/Metallic Beasts, which he was active in from 2003 to 2005 while still living in America. From 2006 to 2009, he began a self-produced solo rock project called LYV.
He moved to Japan in 2009.
In 2011, he was a member of the vocal unit Triple Trip.
In 2012, he had his career breakthrough after winning the singing contest Nodojiman THE WORLD!. This earned him a contract with Universal Music, and he made his solo debut on May 1, 2013.
He announced his marriage on April 28, 2013. He has a son, born on February 9, 2016; and a daughter, born on October 21, 2017.
He began a hiatus from entertainment on April 13, 2018.
On January 16, 2020, he announced that he would return on April 10, 2020.
