DEARSTAGE inc. is a Japanese management and production company based in Tokyo and focusing on idol girl groups. It was established on July 15, 2011, and its representative director is Iwasaki Takuya.
Besides the management of idol groups, the company ventures into entertainment production, music publishing, event and concert production and merchandise planning and production.
On June 7, 2019, Dearstage integrated with Perfect Music. They now have combined projects under DSPM.
They have an in-house label named DearStage Records.
