Otsuka Miyu (大塚望由) is a former member of Niji no Conquistador and YUION (As TORA).
She is on Niji no Conquistador's Red Team and Illustrator Team.
She joined Niji no Conquistador on January 11, 2015 as a research student, and was promoted on August 29 of the same year. She graduated on May 5, 2017, and rejoined on April 11, 2021.
She joined YUION on August 2, 2023.
She graduated from both groups on January 31, 2024.
