Saito Megu (斉藤めぐ) is a founding member of the two-member unit called, Megu to Hikaru.. She's a former member of OS☆U and sub-unit Maneki Neko. She was the captain of OS☆U and a part of the smile☆star, Cheerful☆Star, POP☆STAR, teamO, and Silvery☆Stars teams. She joined OS☆U with the 3rd Generation on August 4, 2012, and graduated on November 13, 2022.
