Ganbatte Seishun is the first single released by SUPER☆GiRLS. It was released on April 20, 2011. It was originally supposed to be released on March 25, 2011, but was postponed due to the 2011 Tohoku earthquake.

The title track was used as ending theme song for the TV show Downtown DX. The B-side "Hatsukoi Graffiti" was used as ending theme song for the TV shows Jouhou Mankitsu Variety Shuumatsu ni Shitai 10 no Koto! and Imachan no "Jitsuha...".
