HaKoniwaLily (ハコニワリリィ) is a Japanese musical duo consisting of Hanon and Kotoha who are affiliating vocals of HoneyWorks who started solo and group activities before their major label debut in 2021.

Background[]

Prior to the formation of HaKoniwaLily, the two started as vocalists doing solo activities under HoneyWorks until the formation of Hanon×Kotoha as an indie band. Since then, these two often have duets together both original and cover songs. During this period, they released two indie albums, Koi-iro Doumei and Suisei Shoujo. On June 24, 2021, it was announced that they would have their major debut as HaKoniwaLily with the release of their first single, Koganezora, which served as the ending theme of the anime SD Gundam World Heroes. Their original name, Hanon×Kotoha, is still used whenever a doujin album is released on Comiket.

In July 2023, both Hanon and Kotoha became affiliated with the virtual YouTuber agency AiceClass, which HoneyWorks organized.

In June 2024, it was decided that both would receive singing voicebanks for the CeVIO AI singing-synthesis software. These "Song Voices" would be named "Hakoniwa Hano" (for Hanon), and "Hakoniwa Koto" (for Kotoha).
