Hamada Masatoshi (濱田雅功) is a popular Japanese comedian and is a part of the comedy duo Downtown. He created the character Hamada Bamyu Bamyu (浜田ばみゅばみゅ) as a parody of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu.
The character got so popular that he released a single as said character.
