Hazuki Miu (葉月美羽) is a Japanese idol, a founding member of Sparkly Mints as well as a former founding member of Reimei no Waka and Gitakoi, a former founding member of AiVER. (as Emon Miu; 絵門未羽), a former member of DP-1 and ALLOVER (as Kagawa Miyu; 香川美優), and a former founding member of Shiro no Aria, Kuro no Karma and Shiro to Kuro no Material (as Kazuki Miyu; 香月美優).
She was also part of AiVER.'s sub-unit -TAMAYURA- together with Tadano Matsui.
She left DP-1 in December 2015.
She left ALLOVER in April 2016.
She left AiVER. on June 23, 2025, when the group disbanded, but stayed in the same agency with fellow Tsumiki Cocoro.
On September 3, 2025, it was announced that she would be part of the starting line-up of Sparkly Mints, with their debut live being on October 24, 2025.
