Helen Sasano (ヘレン笹野) is a former multi-talent. She made her music debut in 1981 with 'Kyun! to Kataomoi". She is best known for performing the Urusei Yatsura ending theme "Kokorobosoi na".
After 1984, she did very few performing activities in Japan. She later moved to America and is now married with two children. She is signed with Austin, Texas-based talent agency Austin Models & Talent and does acting work in America.

- She is half American. Her father is American of Polish ancestry.
- She was born in Mississippi and moved to Okinawa in 1968. Okinawa was still occupied by the United States at the time.
- In 1970, she moved with her family to Sagamihara Camp, a housing facility for the US army in Sagamihara, Kanagawa. This was her first time in mainland Japan.
