Hibiya Seira (日比谷聖來) is a former Japanese idol, a former founding member of Karman, a former member of Yumemiru Adolescence and a former founding member of S-CARAT, as SAYRA.
Hibiya was a member of S-CARAT since their debut in April 2018 until their disbandment on October 10, 2020.
She then joined Yumemiru Adolescence on December 26, 2020, and graduated on May 17, 2023. While she was initially going to join CALL MY NAME after her departure from Yumemiru Adolescence, she cancelled the plan on May 30, 2023. She then joined Karman, which pre-debuted on September 22 and debuted on September 30, 2023.
On November 7, 2024, it was announced that she would debut in a new group in 2025. She and fellow members of this group, Kosaka Sena and Mochizuki Kosame, would perform as the limited-time unit QUESTION until the full group's debut.
