Hidaka Noriko (日髙のり子) is a voice actress and former singer. She initially debuted in January 1980 as Ito Noriko (いとうのりこ) singing Futako no Monchicchi no Uta, the theme song for the kids' anime Futago no Monchicchi. Later that year, her agency convinced her to debut as an idol singer, which she did in December 1980 with Hatsukoi Sunshine.
She made her voice acting debut in 1984.
She married a director in mid-1992.
