Hikicomoteikoku (緋鬼籠帝國) is an idol group formed in 2020.
They entered an indefinite hiatus starting on October 22, 2022. During the hiatus, the final lineup of Hikicomo Ricca and Tsukishiro Yako would make a few one-time appearances each year.[1]
On August 19, 2025, Hikicomo Ricca announced her plans for a successor group, SICXXX., and is holding auditions for new members.[2]
They restarted activities on October 5, 2025.[3]
Concept[]
Hikicomotekoku is a new idol unit produced by AMATERASU's representative Hikicomo Ricca, targeting shut-ins.
"We felt doubtful about the world in which it is considered 'evil' to be a recluse, so we came up with the slogan 'It's fine here. It's better here.' (ここでいい。ここがいい。), aiming to create a world where shut-ins can shine."
All of the people involved in this project have experienced being a hikikomori. Producer Ricca, who is a social withdrawal survivor, sublimates her own experience of impatience and doubts about the world into idols, and is working in this idol project to reach out to people who have similar experiences and situations.[4]
