Hinatazaka46 (日向坂46) is a female idol group initially started as "Hiragana Keyakizaka46", an under-group of Keyakizaka46 formed and produced by Akimoto Yasushi on November 30, 2015, with 12 members led by Nagahama Neru. They released their first album Hashiridasu Shunkan in June 2018.
A third generation member joined the group in 2018, and in February 2019, the group changed its name from Hiragana Keyakizaka46 to Hinatazaka46. In March of the same year, they released their first single "Kyun" and made their first appearance on the year-end "NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen" with this song.
