- On January 3rd, 2024, Hirano announced her marriage to actor and her former co-star Taniguchi Masashi.
- She lived in New York as a child due to her father's job. She speaks some English as a result.
- She saw a Broadway musical while living in New York, leading to her dream of becoming a musical actress.
- She was diagnosed with pituitary adenoma in junior high school. She has refused surgery, as it would permanently change her voice.
