Hisamatsu Fumina (久松史奈) is a pop-rock singer. Her career began after she participated in Yamaha's "Teens' Music Festival" while a high school student, where she sang in a band and won the Vocal Excellence Award, leading to her being scouted by a Yamaha executive. After years doing regular work and modelling, she participated in Yamaha's "New Pep Sound Audition" and won first place. She received offers from many labels and made her debut in 1990 under Ariola Japan.
From 2000 to 2006, she was active as the vocalist of NO-ARASHI.
