Ill (イル), formerly known as Kanau to Himeno (叶と姫乃; Kanau and Himeno) and twinpale (ツインペイル), is a four-member Japanese idol group and YouTube unit formed on August 27, 2021.
They made their stage debut as twinpale on September 29, 2021 @ZeppTokyo.
On December 11, 2024, they changed their name to Ill and announced the start of a new lineup. They re-debuted as a trio on December 23, 2024.[1][2]
The group's catchphrase is, "You're looking at me, I am me". (アナタがみてイル、ワタシがワタシ。)
They're a part of the combined group HEROINES.

- Their former catchphrase as twinpale was, "I cannot be your sun, but may I be your moon." (あなたの太陽にはなれませんが、あなたの月になれますように。)
- For April Fools 2024, they announced that had Tsukumo Miko joined the group.
