Irene & Erika Starmans are the names of Japanese-Dutch twin talentos, DJs, and models.

The twins made their singing debut after winning the Young Jump Award in CBS/SONY's Teens Pop Contest in October 1986. They released two singles in 1987. However, they didn't release any new music after that.
The twins are still active today in other entertainment activities.
