Iwamoto Kotone (岩本琴音), also known as KOTONE, is a member of MAGICAL SPEC and Toki wo Ikiru, and a former member of LinQ and BudLaB.
She was an original member of BudLaB and was promoted to LinQ on May 4, 2015.
She was transferred to Toki wo Ikiru with their formation on August 20, 2017.

- Kotone is one of the eleven members of LinQ who are former members of BudLaB, the other ten being the former LinQ members Kohinata Maina, Seto Kaede, Suzumoto Riona, Kaneko Miyu, and Ozora Riko and the current members Kaizuki Rana, Kuroda Rei, Arimura Minami, Morito Sawa, and Hanayama Akari.
- She and Maina are the first (former) members of BudLaB to join LinQ.
- Prior to Miyu's, Minami's, and Akari's debuts in LinQ, Kotone was the youngest former BudLaB member to join LinQ.
- She was also the only BudLaB-to-LinQ member to fall under the Qty group as the older members (Maina, Kaede, and Rana) were under the Lady subgroup and the younger members (Riona, Miyu, Rei, Riko, Minami, Sawa, Akari, Yuu, and Rizu) joined LinQ after the 2017 Demolition and Redevelopment project.
