JUICYJUICY is a Japanese dance and vocal girl group formed by the finalists of an audition held in 2021 by ASOBISYSTEM that was limited to Okinawa residents.[1][2]
The unit's name is derived from the Okinawan local dish of Takikomi gohan (cooked mixed rice), "juicy", and was chosen with the hope of becoming a group that is loved by people of all ages and genders by blending together various personalities and coming together as one.[1][3][2]
They released their debut single "HeyWorld What'sUp" on May 16, 2025.[1][3][2]
