Kisugi Etsuko is a Japanese lyricist.
Originally a freelance essayist, she became a professional lyricist after her younger brother, singer-songwriter Kisugi Takao, entered the music industry as a composer. At first she only collaborated with her brother, but eventually branched into writing lyrics for other composers.
