Kitajima Toru (北嶋徹), better known by his stage name TK, is a singer, songwriter and the lead vocalist and guitarist of the Japanese rock band Ling tosite sigure. In 2011, he started to release solo material under the name TK from Ling tosite sigure (TK from 凜として時雨).

Trivia[]
- TK's mascot is a penguin, or to be more precise - the Adélie penguin.
- His favourite vegetable is a carrot. In one interview he was asked "Who would you like to be reborn as in your next life?", and he answered "carrot".
- TK loves coffee, especially iced coffee.
- TK plays 4 roles, aside being lead guitarist and vocalist, both in the band and his own solo project: mixing engineer, mastering engineer, keyboardist and lyricist.
- TK is also a hobbyist photographer, mostly uploaded on Instagram.
- He hates onions, green onions, celery and tuning.
- TK also likes chocolate, apparently very much so.
- In one interview, TK said that he sometimes gets carried away, which is why at live performances he goes into screaming and falsetto and starts chewing lines where in the studio version everything is sung purely, so as not to be noticed.
- In one interview on the Lomography website he was asked: "If you had a bag full of film, a passport to go anywhere you like and the Lubitel 166+, where would you go?", to which he replied "I want to go wherever there are penguins!". Meaning probably to Antarctica, the place where Adélie penguins are found.
- TK doesn't watch anime at all. That is, his childhood ended with “Dragon Ball” and that’s it. Only fims and series he watches.
