MENHAMU! (メンはむ！) is a three-member male Japanese trainee idol group formed on July 5, 2022, under SISTERMANAGEMENT as a part of DIANNA Project.[1]
They're DIANNA Project's second trainee group and first male group.
The founding members are Soul, Arata, and Shougo.
The group made their debut performance at the DIANNA Project Teiki Kouen Vol.18 on July 30, 2022.

- 'MENHAMU!' comes from the combination of the English word 'Men' and 'Hamster' making them the male counterpart of their sister group Hamu!STAR.
- Soul is the younger brother of Miu from RABBIT HUTCH.
- Arata is the younger brother of Juri from Kocchi Muite Darling.
