NIRGILIS (ニルギリス) is a pop band originally formed in 1993 by university students Ito Kouki and Satake Moyo. They had many other members come and go throughout their first few years of activity. They made their major debut in 2003 with Mayonaka no Schneider.
On June 18, 2014, they announced that they would disband on August 6.
On June 29, 2021, they announced their reformation with vocalist Iwata Acchu and the two founding members who had left the group after their major debut.
