Nara Nodoka (那蘭のどか) is a Japanese idol, a member of iLiFE! and combined group HEROINES, and a former member of ZOC and zoc under the name Shizume Nodoka (鎮目のどか).
She joined ZOC as a new member on May 13, 2021, after passing the group's new member audition.[3]
On October 25, 2021, it was announced that she would start live activities as zoc with Aizome Karen, Nishii Marina and Kannagi Maro.
She graduated from ZOC and zoc on March 31, 2024 when the group's previous system ended.
She joined iLiFE! and HEROINES on September 28, 2024.
