Nishiyama Koutarou (西山宏太朗) is a voice actor and singer. His career began after he passed the 3rd 81 Audition in 2009 and won the opportunity to receive voice acting training. He officially signed with 81Produce in 2011 and made his voice acting debut the next year.
In October 2020, he made his solo artist debut under Lantis with CITY.
