OD SAINT, real name Tsubouchi Seiji (坪内聖士) is a Japanese singer-songwriter and a member of RIZZ MODE. He is a former member of X4 and Two Side.

Tsubouchi Seiji was born on December 5, 1991 in Osaka Prefecture. He has a Korean mother and grew up in Seoul, South Korea with his grandparents until he was 4 years old. Before forming X4, he was a member of BOYCE alongside Yoshida Kodai and RAY. He withdrew from X4 at the end of September 2015. After that, he's active as a member of Two Side with RAY. In August 2017, it was announced on the official website that he had been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and had been hospitalized since August 28. After recovering, he continued his activities with Two Side. In March 2022, Two Side disbanded. Since May 2021, he has been performing solo as SWEELY. In September 2024, he changed his stage name to OD SAINT and announced his new group, RIZZ MODE.
