OLDCODEX (オルドコデック) was a Japanese rock band from Tokyo formed in 2009. The band signed to Lantis in 2012 and are best known for performing the opening theme songs of the animes Kuroko's Basketball, and Free!.
On August 4, 2021, the band announced their hiatus after vocalist Ta_2‘s recent cheating scandal[1]. On December 26, 2021 it was announced that the band would be disbanding on April 22, 2022. [2]
