ONENESS is the fourth studio album by miwa. It was released on April 8, 2015, in two editions: a first press limited edition (CD+DVD) and a regular edition (CD only).

The title of the album "ONENESS" means "match, harmony". So named as miwa broaden her experience including participated in the Tohoku reconstruction event in Paris, France, made her first appearance in a film, experienced acting, and collaborated in various fields not limited to music. The album is meant to encourage us to do what we can by creating music that has the power to connect people together, and hope that many people can connect and form a circle through their own songs.[1]

The album contains a total of 14 songs, including singles from "Faraway" to "360°". The title track "ONENESS" was featured as the music in advertising of Benesse's "Shinkenzemi" as well as the opening theme for TBS' COUNT DOWN TV from April to May 2015.[2] The song "Faith" was featured as the music in advertising of U-CAN. The song "fighting-φ-girls" was provided as the theme song for TBS Television's Tuesday drama Nurses of the Palace. The song "Gesshoku ~winter moon~" was provided as the theme song for TBS Television's Thursday drama Mama to Papa ga Ikiru Riyu. The song "Kitto Kanau" was written for Kit Kat's student support campaign. The song "Kimi ni Deaeta Kara" was featured as the music in advertising of Shiseido SEA BREEZE in 2014. The song "Stress Free" was provided as the theme song for TV Asahi's drama Wise and Foolish.[3] The song "Koi no Yokan" is an image song written for the 2015 Tokyo City Horse Racing.[4] The song "It's you!" was featured as the music in advertising of House Wellness Foods "C1000". The song "360°" was provided as the theme song for the anime film Doraemon: Nobita's Space Heroes. The song "super heroine" was provided as the theme song for Nippon Television's Woman on the Planet. The song "Kibou no WA" was provided as the theme song for OECD Tohoku School The Reverse of Tohoku-WA. Mastering for the album was done by Tom Coyne.

The first press limited edition comes with a DVD containing a video footage from the concert held at Yokohama Arena on December 24, 2014, miwa -39 live ARENA tour- "miwanissimo 2014". It also enclosed with a three-sided box and a 32-page booklet.

The album received gold certification from the RIAJ in the month of its release.[5]
