Ogawa Anna (小川杏奈) is a former thirteenth-generation member of Seifuku Koujo Iinkai. She was also their 9th leader and third chairman. She was one of the first members to join Seifuku Koujo Iinkai after their 2010 reboot, and graduated in September 2014. She remained SKi's chairman until October 4th, 2016.
