Ohtaki Eiichi (大滝詠一) was a Japanese singer-songwriter, composer, musician, and record producer.

He was also a member of the band, HAPPY END.

On December 30, 2013, Ohtaki choked on his food and collapsed in his home. He was rushed to a hospital but passed away shortly afterwards.[1]
