Okamoto Takako (岡本貴子) is a former Japanese idol and a former member of Onyanko Club.
She joined Onyanko Club on January 10, 1986, and began appearing as a member starting in April 1986. She graduated on December 25, 1986.

Trivia[]
- Okamoto was the youngest member to join Onyanko Club not as part of the B-gumi. (Middle school age sub-unit). She reported that she and other younger members were often bullied by older members, so it is speculated that the B-gumi was developed to prevent that from happening again.
- After graduating from Onyanko Club, she has rekindled many friendships with former members in the modern day, a few being Tatsumi Rika, Nitta Eri[1], and Yamamoto Susan Kumiko.
