Okui Masami (奥井雅美) is an anisong singer-songwriter and a member of JAM Project. She began working as a backing vocalist in 1989 before making her solo debut in 1993 with Dare Yori mo Zutto....
On March 4, 2003, she was announced as a new member of JAM Project.
In late 2003, she was active in the unit r.o.r/s with Yonekura Chihiro.
