Ono Marina (大野まりな) is a voice actress and former singer.

She began entertainment activities with the intention of pursing music in 1988 under the name Matsumoto Hiromi (松本裕美), then changed it to Katayama Hiromi (片山裕美) shortly after. She was considered as a potential member of ribbon, but this fell through.

In 1993, she began gravure modeling in an attempt to eventually transition to a singing career. She changed her stage name to Aso Hiromi (麻生ひろみ) at this time. This led her to acting and radio work, but she still failed to make a singing debut.

She transferred to Aoni Production and started pursuing voice acting after hearing this could lead to a singing debut. She changed her stage name once again to Ono Marina (大野まりな). She made her voice acting debut in 1995. This finally lead to a music debut in 1999.

On April 8, 2018, she announced that she would be retiring from music on December 31, 2019. She transferred agencies to Honey Rush and changed her name to Marina Rina (まりなりな) the next day, on January 1, 2020. She continues to work as a voice actress.

On December 9, 2022, it was announced she'll change her stage name back to Ono Marina.[1]
