PRIKIL (プリキル) is a Japanese girl group formed through the survival audition show Who Is Princess?. The group was announced on Jan 23, 2022 with the winners of the audition produced by Korean agency FNC Entertainment and Nippon TV.

They debuted with the single "SOMEBODY" on May 4, 2022.

The name PRIKIL comes from the combination of the English words 'Princess' and 'Kill'. The meaning behind the name is that PRIKIL are 'princesses who are here to kill the stage'.

2022: Debut with "SOMEBODY"[]

On March 3, a poster was revealed revealing that the group's first single would be released on May 4, 2022 and would be called "SOMEBODY".

On April 17, they released the MV for "SOMEBODY".[1]

On May 5, they released the dance performance video for "Amazing Girls"[2] On May 6, 2022, they released the dance performance video for "SOMEBODY".[3] On May 11, they released the dance performance video for "Amazing Girls" Red version.[4]

2023[]

In summer 2023, members Nana and Yukino were revealed as contestant on the South Korean survival audition show UNIVERSE TICKET. While Yukino was eliminated during the show, Nana was able to become a member of the final group.

On December 31, it was announced that members Rinko and Uta had left the group and their contracts were terminated as they had been unable to continue their activities due to personal reasons.[5] They had been absent from group activities since December 2022 due to health reasons.[6]

Since then, there have been no news or updates about the group.
