PRIZE-OUT (プライズアウト) is a dance and vocal boy group that debuted on January 24, 2019. They are a self-produced unit currently consisting of 2 vocalists and 2 rappers.
The group wa formed without a name on December 14, 2018. On December 13, 2019, they held their first solo LIVE at Shibuya VUENOS, which was the group's goal. On December 17, 2019, the group continued activities with a new structure.
The group's motto is "Deliver excitement and inspiration to everyone involved". Their fans are named "Keys".
