PULL UP! (プルアップ!) is the 10th studio album by Hey! Say! JUMP released through J Storm on December 6, 2023, approximately one year and four months after the previous album FILMUSIC!. It sold 199,895 copies in its first week and ranked No. 1 in the Oricon Weekly Album Ranking announced on December 12.[1]

The album title means "to pull up, to leap forward", and it contains genre-less songs that reflect the theme of the group's 17th year CD debut and their daily leap forward to the next step.[2]

In addition to "DEAR MY LOVER" and "URAOMOTE", which were released as singles in May, and "Ready to Jump", "Daisuki na Kimi e", and "Sorezore." which are included on the EP P.U!, the album also includes new songs provided by such splendid artists as Kawatani Enon, Hashimoto Eriko, and Uru. Of these, Base Ball Bear joined in the arrangement of the song "Sotto Kagami ni Kiss wo Shita" (そっと鏡にキスをした; Softly I Kissed the Mirror), which was provided by Hashimoto.[2]

The album will be released in three versions: a limited first press edition 1 & 2 with Blu-ray or DVD and a regular edition with CD only. The regular edition will include "please, 'Q'uickly!", a quiz song created in collaboration with QuizKnock, a knowledge group from the University of Tokyo, and trackmaker Tanaka Hirokazu.[2]
