SOUL'd OUT was a hip-hop unit originally formed in 1999. The unit passed the Sony Music Audition in 2001 and released a demo tape, but did not properly debut until 2003 when they were scouted by rapper VERBAL and debuted under the SME Records label.

In 2009, the unit went on hiatus to pursue solo activities. They revived in 2010 and were active again until their disbandment on July 19, 2014.

On August 27, 2024, the release date of their first album, an official TikTok account of the unit was opened.[1]
