On February 2, 2013, LoveKen, the new kenkyuusei group for the ArcJewel idol agency, performed its first live as the sub-groups LoveKen (Luce) and LoveKen (Stella). LoveKen Stella was made up of Sasaki Arisa, Sakuragi Kotoka, Nanase Nozomi, and Hoshino Mana.
On February 21, 2014, Aya joined LoveKen (Stella).
On May 23, LoveKen Luce was renamed Luce Twinkle Wink☆ and LoveKen (Stella) was renamed Stella☆Beats. Both units were promoted to full groups and all members graduated from LoveKen.
Stella☆Beats held their first performance as a group on June 15th.
The group released their debut single, Kono Koi wa Tomaranai, on December 9.
On April 30, 2015, the group announced a search for new members with Stella☆Beats Hatsu Member Audition 2015 ~Natsu Kara, Idol!~.
On May 1 Sasaki Arisa announced that she would graduate from the group in July.
On May 12 their second single, Fantastic Traveller, was released.
On June 17 Aya announced that she would graduate from the group in July.
Sasaki Arisa's graduation live was held on July 4.
On July 12 Aino Aimi transferred from sister group Jelno! to Stella☆Beats.
Special edition single C'mon let's go! was released on July 15.
Aya's graduation live was held on July 29.
On August 5, Sakuragi Kotoka announced that she would graduate from the group in September.
On September 2, Aino Aimi announced her graduation from the group.
Special edition single Trick or treat was released on September 16.
A dual graduation live was held for Sakuragi Kotoka and Aino Aimi on September 30.
On January 19, 2016, the group released their third single, Hoshizora Symphony.
On February 13 Maeda Misaki was announced as a new member.
Nanase Nozomi announced her graduation on June 7 and stopped activities with the group on the 16.
An audition for new members was held from June 28 to July 31.
Niibo Kishiro, a member of LoveKen, was revealed as Nanase Nozomi's temporary replacement on July 2. She graduated from LoveKen on the 24 to become a permanent understudy for Stella☆Beats.
Nanase Nozomi's graduation live was held on August 10.
On October 4 the group's fourth single, Saa Tomo ni! -story Of Yours-, was released.
Niibo Kishiro was promoted to a full member on October 12.
A collaboration single with Kirameki☆Unforent, Yuki no Kakera*, was released on December 17. On the same day, Hoshino Mana announced that she would graduate from the group in February 2017.
On February 25, Hoshino Mana's graduation live was held.
The group released their first album, Tales of Stella☆Beats, on February 28.
On March 19 Fujita Akari was revealed as a new member.
On July 4 the group released their fifth single, SUMMER SUMMER Kami-sama!!!!.
From October 15 to November 8 Maeda Misaki was on hiatus due to a throat condition.
On January 10, 2018, Fujita Akari announced that she would graduate from the group on March 21.
The sixth single, Fuyu, Masquerade, was released on January 23.
Fujita Akari's graduation live was held on March 21.
On April 22 Sato Aoi and Ogura Runon joined the group as new members.
The group changed agencies from ArcJewel to MATSURI on May 1.
The maxi single Story of Stella☆Beats was released on August 7.
On November 6th the seventh single, Kimi Koe Refrain, was released.
On January 10, 2019, Yonemitsu Riko left the group due to a breach in contract.
An audition for new members was announced on March 18.
On April 9 it was announced all four members will be graduating on July 5 and new members would be added[1].
On June 8 the group released their eighth single, Sparkle Stories.
All members graduated from Stella☆Beats on July 5 at a one-man live at TSUTAYA O-WEST.
On August 3 the group's name was changed to STELLABEATS.
Hashizume Aika, Ishihara Karin, and Miyazono Nana were revealed on Twitter as the three new members of the group on August 7.
On October 3 Hashizume Aika graduated from the group.
On December 1, two new members were announced: Kitano Mayuho, and Honda Miyabi.
On February 8, 2020, Honda Miyabi announced she would be on hiatus to rest, due to poor health.
On February 17, 2020, it was announced that Honda Miyabi would be withdrawing from the group.
On June 3, 2020, Kitano Mayuho announced that she would be graduating from the group, as of her announcement.
On June 16, 2020, Takeuchi Sara joined the group, taking over the pink member color from Kitano Mayuho.
On March 20, 2021, Ishihara Karin, Miyazono Nana, Nakayama Minami and Takeuchi Sara graduated from the group.
On May 12, 2021, Nakayama Minami rejoined the group.
On May 12, 2021, Asada Misaki and Nishida Mirei joined the group.
On May 21, 2022, the group suspended activities.
