Sayama Shiho (咲山しほ) is a former member and leader of SAY-LA, a former member of the sub-unit Shiomon, a former member of BABY TO KISS and MiSTELLY♡, and a former founding member of Mecha High.
She joined Mecha High as an original member and remained with the group until their disbandment on April 29, 2017.
She joined BABY TO KISS in June 2018 and was promoted to SAY-LA on September 13, 2018. She became the leader of SAY-LA on January 20, 2024.[1] She graduated and retired from entertainment business on September 30, 2025.
