Shiraishi Neon (白石ねおん) is a former member of LOVE SPEARS, na☆na☆na☆, TEARS, Marina Blue and Kaizensei Altruism.
She joined Marina Blue in September 2016 and graduated in September 2017.
She joined TEARS on October 19, 2019, and graduated on October 27, 2020, when the group disbanded.
She joined Kaizensei Altruism with the group's formation in December 2020 and graduated on June 20, 2021.
She was revealed as a member of LOVE SPEARS on February 26, 2022. She graduated from the group on June 4, 2023.
