Sugii Misaki (杉井美咲) also known as Mi~Chan (み〜ちゃん) is a former Japanese idol, a former 3rd generation member of Twinkle, and a former founding member of their sub-unit Twinkle Angel.
She graduated from Twinkle Angel in April 2015.
She joined the group on July 25, 2014, and graduated on March 13, 2022, where the group disbanded.
